My aim is to help people live happier and healthier lives. I do this by listening, I mean really listening to you! And helping you to uncover and understand what’s happening for you.
And then when you understand more about yourself and where you’re at, we work to add actions for positive change.
We talk about all aspects of your life because they all impact upon each other in one way.
Sessions can be held over the telephone or Skype or we can arrange to meet at a local venue. There’s no set programme or a certain amount of sessions so we continually review as we go. That way the sessions fit your needs.
I offer an initial session at no charge. This gives us chance to meet and for you to experience how I work, and what coaching can do for you before starting sessions. After this, sessions are charged at £60 and last an hour.
